Key Responsibilities

Department Operations: Manage daily service workflows, scheduling, and shop capacity to maximize technician efficiency and throughput.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and support service advisors and technicians, fostering a collaborative, safe, and productive work environment.

Customer Loyalty: Deliver outstanding service experiences, maintaining elevated customer satisfaction ratings and promptly addressing customer feedback.

Financial Performance: Drive profitability through effective inventory management, cost controls, accurate labor guides, and objective achievement.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to ensure streamlined processes and high vehicle turnaround times.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to dealership policies, safety regulations, warranty procedures, and Ford Motor Company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements

Ford Experience: Prior experience in Ford service management or deep familiarity with Ford automotive systems, warranty policies, and dealership management software is required.

Leadership & Track Record: Proven track record in automotive service management, shop supervision, or high-volume service advising.

Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of service metrics, shop efficiency, labor rate structures, and customer retention strategies.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and leadership.

Education & Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Ford certifications or additional technical/business degrees are strongly preferred.
