Monday to Friday

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our administrative team in Aurora. In this role, you’ll manage billing, payments, account reconciliations, and collections while working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of accounts.

What You’ll Do

·  Set up customer accounts and process credit applications

·  Post and reconcile payments (credit card, check, ACH, etc.)

·  Follow up on past-due accounts and coordinate collection strategies with Territory Managers

·  Audit and maintain AR accounts; communicate with collections attorneys as needed

·  Manage and maintain customer insurance and tax exemption certificates

·  Generate AR reports, bank reconciliations, and monthly statements

·  Lead bi-weekly AR meetings and respond to credit and collection inquiries

·  Support payroll tracking and DOT/CDL compliance tasks

·  Assist with administrative tasks and provide backup support to office staff

What You Bring

• A High School diploma or GED with 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Experience with CDK/Intellidealer is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
