Business Development Center Rep/Customer Greeter

Schlossmann Automotive Group is looking for full time or part-time employees for the Business Development Call Center at our Honda City location in Milwaukee, WI.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Mastering all training materials that are provided
• Following scripts and procedures that are provided
• Taking incoming calls to schedule service appointments and answer service questions
• Making outgoing calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Following company policies and procedures
• Greeting customers in the service drive in a timely manner
• Communicating with Service Advisers and Technicians
• Checking alignment and tire tread for vehicles using proper equipment
• Parking and retrieving customer vehicles
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Vaild drivers License with good driving record
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Ability to navigate a computer and become proficient in dealership programs
• Strong attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedure
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible schedule to include some evenings and some Saturdays required
