Schedule / Hours: Sundays and Tuesdays a must, am and pm shifts

POSITION OVERVIEW

Riverside Country Club is seeking motivated, interactive Servers with prior serving experience. This position offers a seasonal schedule with potential for ongoing employment. Servers are the face of our dining experience and play a central role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outstanding customer service to RCC members and guests.

• Learn and memorize food menus, signature cocktails, beer, and wine selections.

• Provide proper wine bottle service.

• Obtain and maintain RServing (Responsible Serving) certification.

• Operate the Jonas POS point-of-sale system.

• Answer the phone and take dining reservations.

• Handle a cash bank accurately.

• Adhere to all health code and RCC cleaning procedures.

• Expand food and beverage knowledge to answer member and guest questions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous serving experience preferred.

• RServing certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

• Ability to carry trays and lift up to 35 lbs.
