As an automotive accessory and technology specialist, you’ll  order accessories for vehicles and educate on the use of the advanced technology for guests in their new vehicle.  You’ll work closely with the sales team to build trust with guests while patiently guiding them on the path to best understanding the connectivity, convenience, and safety systems found in each vehicle.  Ensuring drivers make great use of the comprehensive features found in their new car will help them to get their money’s worth and see value in buying and servicing at Holiday Automotive in the future.  You’ll serve a key role in the success of the dealership and represent Holiday Automotive while having fun and being supported by a caring leadership team.

Responsibilities 

  • Become a Trusted Master of the Technology and Features in the Vehicles we Sell  

  • Order accessories for vehicles

  • Coordinate with the Sales and Finance Teams to be Ready for Every Vehicle Delivery 

  • Demonstrate Vehicle Features to Guests in Person and Virtually 

  • Professionally Represent Holiday Automotive 

  • Work with the Team to Ensure Vehicles are Presented Exceptionally Well 

  • Follow up with Sold Guests to Answer Further Questions After They’ve Left 

  • Research the Competitive Automotive Industry 

 

Qualifications 

  • Demonstrable Guest Service Skills and Potential 

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills, In-Person and Over the Phone 
  • Proficient in Basic Business Math 

  • Quick to Learn and Use CRM Software  

  • Diligent Work Ethic and Upbeat Attitude 

  • Valid Driver’s License 

  • Ability to Obtain a State of Wisconsin Motor Vehicle Sales License
