Sterling Car Rental is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Car Detailer / Vehicle Service Associate.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with a company that values its employees.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail rental vehicles, including exterior washing and interior cleaning.

• Sanitize vehicles following CDC guidelines before returning them to service.

• Assist with rental vehicle check-ins.

• Support rental associates with vehicle pick-up and delivery as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Own reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

• At least 1 year of cleaning/detailing experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule & Pay:

• Business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (schedule will fall within these hours).

• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour.
