This role is critical to the customer journey—setting the tone from the very first interaction and supporting long-term customer loyalty and business growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the professional first point of contact for service customers—both in person and over the phone
- Create a welcoming, premium experience that reflects the Audi brand
- Actively manage incoming calls with purpose, accuracy, and confidence
- Schedule service appointments to support shop flow and customer convenience
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to strengthen customer relationships and retention
- Answer customer questions thoroughly or connect them to the appropriate team member
- Support business operations through digital document archiving and data accuracy
- Stay knowledgeable on current services, products, and pricing
- Address customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solutions-oriented thinking
