🎯 Your Mission

As a Service Advisor, you’re the face of the service department—the person who makes customers feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their Audi experience. From arrival to delivery, you’ll guide customers through the service process with clarity, professionalism, and a concierge‑level approach.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Create a warm, professional first impression in the service drive
• Own the customer experience from write‑up to vehicle delivery
• Clearly explain services, timelines, and recommendations—no confusion, no surprises
• Coordinate with technicians to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently
• Maximize technician schedules while keeping customer satisfaction top‑tier
• Provide white‑glove support for phone calls and in‑person questions
• Follow up with customers to ensure they leave happy—and come back
