We are looking for highly organized candidate for the position of Front Desk Supervisor.
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort's front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and a seamless arrival and departure experience. This position leads and supports front desk staff, coordinates guest services, resolves concerns promptly, and maintains efficient check-in/check-out procedures. As a key guest-facing leader, the Front Desk Supervisor serves as an ambassador for the resort, creating memorable experiences that reflect the property's commitment to hospitality and excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced beachfront resort environment. This role works closely with housekeeping, reservations, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining operational standards, revenue goals, and company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome
- Recognizing repeat, VIP status and/or loyalty
- Administering check-ins and check-outs
- Providing front desk services to guests
- Assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
- Delivering mail and messages
- Processing guest payments
- Coordinating with bell service and staff management
- Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice
- Accommodating general and unique requests
- Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests, handling guest opportunities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Time management and organizational skills
- Conflict resolution experience
- Patience and good listening skills
