Server

We are seeking a polished, attentive and hospitality-driven Pool Server to join our team.  The Pool Server is responsible for delivering exceptional, attentive and friendly food and beverage service to guests enjoying the resorts outdoor pool area.  This role ensures that all guests experience a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere by providing prompt service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and anticipating guests needs.  The pool Server works closely with the bartenders and resort staff to uphold the resort standards and create a welcoming hi-energy poolside environment.   The ideal candidate is personable, proactive an able to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor setting.  The Pool Server contributes significantly to the overall guest experience by ensuring comfort, satisfaction and hospitality throughout each guests time at the pool.

Responsibilities:

• Provide elevated, personalized table service that aligns with our upscale dining standards
• Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu and offer knowledgeable recommendations on food, win and cocktails
• Maintain an understanding of daily specials, ingredients, flavor profile and preparation techniques
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of courses
• Execute formal service steps, including wine presentation table maintenance and proper course pacing
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism and grace
• Maintain cleanliness an organization of service station and dining areas
• Process payments accurately and handle guest interactions with integrity
• Support teammates during peak service and contribute to a collaborative positive work culture

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
• Previous experience a plus
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
