Food and Beverage Manager

Zoe’s Beachside Grill is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar team. If you love the energy of a busy lunch rush, know how to keep a bar moving, and enjoy getting to know your regulars, we’d love to meet you.

What you will be doing

• Run daily restaurant and bar service, from opening through last call.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, set up the floor, and jump in when it gets busy.
• Train and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Build schedules, manage labor, and stay on top of beverage ordering and inventory.
• Work with the kitchen to keep orders moving and take care of guest concerns as they come up.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.

What you bring to the table

• Management experience in a full-service restaurant with a busy bar.
• A knack for keeping your cool and helping the team do the same when the floor fills up.
• Comfort with scheduling, POS systems, inventory, and basic sales and labor reports.
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
