Description of the Role

The Auto Body Refinish Technician at Zimmer Collision Centers is responsible for refinishing and refurbishing damaged vehicles to their original condition. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of automotive refinish techniques. This is not an Entry-Level position. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and   I-Car training to apply. 

Responsibilities

• Performing automotive refinishing on vehicles, including prep mixing and de-nibbing
• Using various tools and equipment to complete repairs, such as sanders and painting materials
• Assessing the extent of damage and creating a repair plan accordingly
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality repairs
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years experience with I-Car Training.
• Strong knowledge of automotive refinish techniques and industry standards
• Proficient with using various tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
