Zeigler Ford of North Riverside is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Quick Lane Advisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a smooth and efficient service experience by accurately recording customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Compensation: $1,200 Bi-weekly w/$450 BI-weekly draw

Schedule: 7 AM – 6 PM (with 1 off day during week day), Saturdays hours 7 AM – 3 PM required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and assess their service needs

  • Prepare accurate and detailed service orders and estimates

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs

  • Provide clear status updates to customers about their vehicles

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area

  • Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly

  • Recommend additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant

  • Previous dealership experience preferred

  • Strong automotive knowledge and ability to identify problems quickly

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service

  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software

  • Ability to understand new technology, repair, and service procedures

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
