We are looking for an experienced paint prep technciian to join our team. We have large used car inventory and customer pay stream of work and need a technician with experience that will be able to prep cars and trucks for our lead painter.

Responsibilities
- taping off areas for painter
- blocking and sading
- applying bondo
- wet sanding, buffing finished product
Qualifications
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Must be able to cooperate and work well with teammates
- Must meet the performance standards
- The ability to take direction and developmental advice from Management.
