Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right trailer and equipment parts and accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Identify and source parts such as axles, hubs, bearings, brakes, couplers, hitches, lighting and wiring, jacks, tires, and hydraulic components
• Locate or order parts as needed
• Support service technicians with accurate and timely parts for repairs
• Prepare invoices for parts sold over the counter
• Answer phone calls and assist customers over the phone
• Follow up with customers on special order parts
• Keep the parts manager informed on the status of accounts
• Maintain a professional appearance

Qualifications:

• Stable work history with demonstrated success
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Trailer, towing, agricultural, or equipment parts experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with trailer or equipment systems a plus
• Experience with Tekion (ADP) is a plus
