Young Powersports Missoula is hiring a Side-by-Side Sales Representative who spends free time on the trail, in the hills, or out at hunting camp. If you know when a customer needs a sport UTV versus a work machine, can talk long-travel suspension and towing capacity, and have opinions on the best trails around Missoula, we want to meet you.

We're not hiring a résumé full of sales titles. We're hiring an off-road enthusiast who can help families, hunters, ranchers, and thrill-seekers find their perfect rig. Our internal training team will give you paid training and teach you the rest.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers choose the right side-by-side for sport, recreation, hunting, or work, including models like the Polaris RZR, Ranger, and General and the Honda Pioneer and Talon
• Recommend doors, cabs, heaters, winches, lighting, and other accessories based on how customers ride
• Build lasting relationships with customers and the local off-road community
• Stay current on new models, promotions, and financing options
• Meet sales goals and work as a team in a fast-paced showroom

Qualifications:

• A real passion for off-roading, trail riding, or hunting
• Hands-on experience driving, building, or modifying side-by-sides
• Sales experience helpful but not required; we'll train the right person
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
• Goal-oriented and quick to learn
• Valid driver's license and a professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
