Young Powersports Missoula is looking for an outdoor enthusiast to join our team as a Polaris Powersports Sales Representative. If you've hauled an elk out on a Sportsman, ripped trails in a RZR, put miles on a Ranger at the ranch, or carved fresh powder on a Polaris sled, you already know this product better than most ever will.

We're not looking for a polished sales pro. We're looking for someone who loves Montana's backcountry and can help customers find the machine that gets them there. Our internal training team will teach you the sales side with paid training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Help hunters, ranchers, trail riders, and families choose the right Polaris RZR, Ranger, General, Sportsman, or snowmobile
• Use your own riding experience to recommend accessories, plows, winches, and upgrades
• Build lasting relationships with customers and the local riding community
• Stay current on new models, promotions, and financing options
• Meet sales goals and work as a team in a fast-paced showroom

Qualifications:

• A real passion for the outdoors: trail riding, hunting, off-roading, or snowmobiling
• Hands-on experience with Polaris or other off-road vehicles
• Sales experience helpful but not required; we'll train the right person
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
• Goal-oriented and quick to learn
• Valid driver's license and a professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
