Young Powersports Missoula is hiring an Indian Motorcycle Sales Representative who lives and breathes the brand. If you can talk Chief, Scout, Challenger, and Pursuit, know the story behind the headdress logo, and would rather be riding than anything else, this job was made for you.

You don't need to be a career salesperson. We'll teach you the sales side with paid training from our internal training team. What we need is someone who rides, knows the bikes, and can share why Indian riders are so loyal to the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Stay current on new model releases, promotions, and financing options
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related sales role is a plus (not required
• A real passion for Indian motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
