Our Young Powersports location in Missoula is looking for a Retail Sales Cashier. Are you passionate about Powersports and have an eye for style? Do you love helping people find the right gear to match their ride? Join our team and become the go-to expert for riding gear, branded apparel, and accessories! We are looking for someone excited about the industry and looking to grow with our team! This role is starting at $15 per hour in addition to a bonus structure based off department success

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers both in person and over phone
• Rotate, receive, and track inventory
• Assist in merchandising, displays, and seasonal inventory changes
• Collaborate with the Sales teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience 
• Keep a welcome and clean showroom area
• Process transactions for guests and complete guest profiles

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, apparel, or powersports experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Passion for powersports gear and lifestyle (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
• Weekends Required
