Job Description
Yaklin Ford is seeking an experienced and organized Body Shop Manager to lead and oversee operations in our collision repair department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs and top-tier customer service. This is a key role that ensures workflow efficiency, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays only as needed)
Work Requirements:
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (Saturdays only as needed)
Ability to Commute: Richwood, TX (Required)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring productivity and repair quality

Oversee technician performance, provide support, and ensure timely job completion

Coordinate estimates and repairs with insurance companies and adjusters

Maintain accurate documentation of repair orders, parts used, and time spent on jobs

Ensure all safety and environmental procedures are followed

Conduct quality control inspections of completed repairs

Foster a positive and efficient team environment

Manage parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
-
Handle customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
-
3+ years of experience in an auto body shop, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and industry best practices

Knowledge of insurance processes and estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell, etc.)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
