Full Stack Web Developer

Job Description: Xzito is seeking an experienced and versatile Full Stack Developer in Colombia to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web applications and platforms, with a focus on Shopify, Hubspot, WordPress, and API integrations. You will also collaborate with our developer partners, ensuring efficient coordination of work outputs and adhering to best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the client to deliver high-quality web solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Shopify, WordPress, and Hubspot CMS websites and applications
• Develop custom integrations with third-party APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases for performance and stability.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders and other developers to define project requirements, scope, project quotes and timelines
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure efficient coordination and delivery of work outputs and provide technical guidance
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to industry best practices
• Ensure that all developed applications meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Interface with clients as a technical team lead, providing updates, progress reports, and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest web development technologies and techniques
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
• Provide support and assistance to internal stakeholders, as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on Shopify, Wordpress, and Hubspot CMS
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL
• Experience working with third-party APIs and software
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead a team of developers and collaborate with other departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients and stakeholders as a team lead
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex web applications
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools is a plus
