Base Salary: $45,000 + Commission & Performance Bonuses

StretchLab is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead one of our Scottsdale-area studios.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage a schedule or oversee daily operations. We're looking for a sales leader who takes ownership, drives membership growth, develops a strong team, and knows how to turn opportunities into results.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Sales & Membership Growth

• Drive new membership sales and achieve monthly revenue goals.

• Convert leads into booked introductory stretches and paying members.

• Personally engage prospects through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person conversations.

• Follow up consistently with every lead and missed sales opportunity.

• Identify opportunities for membership upgrades, referrals, and package sales.

• Track sales performance and take action when results fall short.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, motivate, and hold your team accountable for performance.

• Coach Flexologists on the client experience, membership recommendations, and conversion.

• Set clear expectations and create a positive, high-performing studio culture.

• Lead by example with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.

Community Outreach & Business Development

• Build partnerships with local businesses, fitness professionals, and community organizations.

• Organize local events, pop-ups, and promotional activities that generate qualified leads.

• Develop creative ways to increase studio visibility and attract new clients.

Studio Operations & Member Retention

• Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and the member experience.

• Monitor membership retention, cancellations, and at-risk members.

• Ensure members are consistently booked and engaged in their programs.

• Maintain a clean, professional, welcoming studio environment.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, membership sales, or another goal-driven environment.

• Previous management or team leadership experience preferred.

• A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Confidence in selling, overcoming objections, and closing.

• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.

• Comfortable using CRM systems, tracking KPIs, and managing a sales pipeline.

• A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Most importantly, we want someone who treats the studio's success like their own.
