Automotive Parts Specialist

Description of the role:

Join our team at Wynne Ford as an Automotive Parts Specialist. As a key team member, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with their automotive part needs and ensuring that they find the right parts efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and parts transactions
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive parts or a related field
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
