Automotive Service Advisor

Woody Folsom CDJR of Vidalia is seeking a dedicated and professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Vidalia, GA. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while coordinating service appointments, providing accurate estimates, and facilitating effective communication between technicians and clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, understanding their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of vehicle service and repair work, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and service updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Promote additional maintenance services and products to customers as appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive service advising, customer service, or related automotive roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and service processes.
• Proficiency with computers and service scheduling software.
• A Valid driver’s license.
