Automotive Biller/License and Title Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and receipt money received 
• Post New and Used Car Deals in Accounting
• Calculate and Commission Deals
• Post Funding/EFT
• Post Internal Repair Orders
• Reconcile Schedules on a Daily Basis
• Cut Checks and Pay-Off Vehicles
• Update Delivery Log and Contracts in Transit Daily
• All functions relating to automotive license and title processing
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the auto titling process
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional presentation
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• A professional appearance
• Dealership Experience, Preferred
• Must be organized and detail orientated; have the ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently
