Are you a high-performing Used Car Manager ready to take the wheel at a fast-paced, luxury automotive dealership? Our Luxury Genesis Store is looking for an energetic, experienced leader to manage our high-volume pre-owned department and help drive continued growth and success.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of used car management experience in a dealership setting

• Proven track record of managing high-volume inventory and delivering results

• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a top-performing team

• Strong understanding of inventory management, reconditioning, appraisals, and pricing strategy

• High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to grow with the company

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the used car department

• Manage vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, pricing, and lot merchandising

• Work closely with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth operations

• Train and develop staff to hit sales and gross profit targets

• Analyze market trends to make smart, data-driven decisions

• Maintain the luxury brand image through high standards and excellent customer service
