Automotive Dealership Accountant

Job Summary:  

Wolfchase Hyundai is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented dealership accountant to join our team in Memphis, TN.  This person will be responsible for general accounting and administrative office functions, as well as, supporting other dealership staff in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Ensure all daily bank deposits are posted to the ledger
• Stock in inventory
• Perform weekly schedule reviews to ensure ledger accounts are accurate
• Post weekly and monthly factory statements
• Breakdown all deals to make sure paperwork is correct and accurate
• Assist with customer inquiries, resolving any administrative-related issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
