In-Home Caregiver/Home Care Aide (CNA/HCA) – Flexible Schedule (Greater Seattle Area)

About the Role 

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one senior care in clients’ homes — helping them stay independent, safe, and connected. 

You will: 

• Provide companionship and emotional support  

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks  

• Help with errands or appointments (driving is a plus, not required)  

• Monitor and report changes in client condition  

What We’re Looking For 

• Compassionate, dependable individuals with a positive attitude  

• 6+ months of caregiving or related experience preferred (not required)  

• All availability welcome; daytime availability highly preferred  

• Smartphone required for scheduling and care documentation  

• CNA or HCA preferred, but not required 
  Must be willing to obtain state-required Home Care Aide (HCA) certification within required timeline if not already certified 

• Bonus (not required): Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle for transporting clients
