Position Overview 

We are seeking a Field Manager to join our team. This compassionate, decisive and driven individual can manage full-cycle caregiver and client relationships, lead marketing initiatives, and supervise Client Services Specialists. This role is essential to our mission of providing outstanding care while fostering a supportive collaborative environment for our staff.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring they feel supported and valued. 

  • Conduct Client In-Home assessments 

  • Sign up & Onboard new clients 

  • Introduce caregivers to ensure a smooth start of care 

 

  • Caregiver Management: Manage caregivers to follow company policies and meet client needs while offering supportive accountability to caregivers. 

  • Long-term staffing of caregivers with clients 

  • Caregiver coaching, discipline, and development 

  • Caregiver observations, supervisory visits and annual reviews 

 

  • Team Leadership: Manage Client Service Specialist, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed while promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability. 

  • Partner with staff for employee career development to further develop the business’ talent 

  • Set trajectories to meet monthly goals and metrics 

  • Conduct 1:1s for constructive feedback, coaching, and status updates 

 

  • Marketing Leadership: Take the lead in marketing efforts to expand WALH’S reach, attracting new clients and caregivers through community engagement and strategic outreach. 

  • Develop and grow in existing markets 

  • Assess, Explore, and create Strategies for entering new territories 

  • Maintain community presence through marketing initiatives

  • 5+ marketing drop ins a week to our tier 1 referrals  

  • 2+ marketing drop ins a week to new/other potential referrals  

  • 1 networking event per week 

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that every client receives the highest quality of care by regularly monitoring service, checking in with clients, and supporting caregivers in the field 

  • Identify areas for improvement 

  • Leverage growth opportunities 

  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, caregivers, and staff. 

  • Able to balance thoughtful planning with quick, decisive action when needed. 

  • Proven experience in scheduling, team leadership, and client management in a caregiving or healthcare setting.  

  • Ability to think strategically and lead marketing initiatives to drive growth. 

  • Must be able to lead by example and model the core values of service, integrity, community, and compassion.  

 

What we are Looking For: (Must Haves) 

  • Over 5 years of proven leadership experience in in-home care or home health settings, with a strong focus on client services and team management.

    3 years of increasing responsibilities in managing and supervising caregivers or healthcare workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients.

  • Proven experience as an empathetic leader who is eager to help others.

  • Proven experience in a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with an ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

  • Proven experience in promoting and leading the development of a company culture centered around integrity, compassion, teamwork, and quality service.
