Warehouse Team Member

Location: Las Vegas, NV 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm 
Pay Range: Starting at $20-$22/hr 
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-CDL 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We’re hiring a Warehouse Team Member for our branch; a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn the plumbing supply distribution business from the ground up and grow within it. This position is a mix of warehouse work and local deliveries. You’ll be on your feet, on the road, and working alongside a team that supports contractors and keeps jobs moving. For the right person, this role is an opportunity to learn the products, the customers, and the operation, with a path into roles like counter sales, inside sales, or broader operations over time. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks  

• Run local deliveries to job sites using company trucks and trailers (non-CDL)  

• Ensure orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time  

• Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory  

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe  

• Perform basic delivery vehicle checks and maintenance  

• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support daily operations and learn the flow of the business  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Strong work ethic and reliability  

• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility over time  

• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment  

• Ability to lift and handle materials safely  

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record  

• Forklift experience is a plus (we can train)  

• Prior warehouse, delivery, construction, or supply house experience is helpful
