Warehouse Team Member / Delivery Driver

Location: Gunter, TX 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm 
Pay Range: $18–$22/hour (depending on experience) 
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-CDL 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Our waterworks division, Winston-Cox Waterworx, is hiring a Warehouse Team Member / Delivery Driver for our Gunter, TX branch. This is a hands-on role that’s ideal for someone who wants to learn the waterworks supply distribution business from the ground up. 

This position is a mix of warehouse work and local deliveries. You’ll be on your feet, on the road, and part of a tight-knit team that keeps customers supplied and jobs moving. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and looking for a role with room to grow, this can be a great career launch pad. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks 

• Safely run local deliveries to job sites using company trucks and trailers (non-CDL) 

• Ensure orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time 

• Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory 

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe 

• Perform basic delivery vehicle checks and maintenance (fueling, cleanliness, reporting issues) 

• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support daily operations 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn 

• Comfort working in a warehouse environment and outdoors as needed 

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 

• Forklift experience is a plus, but we can train the right person 

• Prior warehouse, delivery, construction, or supply house experience is helpful but not required
