Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM 
Compensation: Starting at $20+ per hour + bonus eligibility

Winston Water Cooler is a leading plumbing supply distributor serving contractors and trade professionals across the region. Our branch teams play a critical role in keeping jobs moving, and the front counter is where it all comes together. 

We’re growing our Phoenix team and looking for someone who wants to build a career in sales and operations within the plumbing supply industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role is a hands-on position that blends customer service, sales support, and warehouse coordination. You’ll work directly with contractors and customers, helping them get the materials they need while learning how the business operates from the ground up. 

If you’re dependable, enjoy staying busy, and want an opportunity to grow into inside sales or account management, this is a strong entry point.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Assist walk-in customers and contractors with orders and product needs  

  • Enter orders accurately and efficiently in the system  

  • Pull and stage will-call orders for customer pickup  

  • Answer incoming calls and support customer inquiries  

  • Provide pricing and availability information  

  • Stock shelves and help maintain organized inventory  

  • Keep the counter and work areas clean and professional  

  • Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support daily operations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills  

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic  

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  

  • Comfortable working both at a counter and in a warehouse setting  

  • Basic computer skills (Epicor Eclipse experience is a plus)  

  • Team-oriented mindset  

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction supply, or distribution is a plus — but not required.
