Warehouse Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time

(Compensation: $65k-$95k DOE)

Winston Water Cooler is a leading plumbing supply distributor serving contractors and trade professionals across the region. Our warehouse teams are critical to our success, ensuring product is accurate, organized, and ready to move when our customers need it.

Our Phoenix branch is looking for a strong Warehouse Manager to lead the operation, develop the team, and raise the standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations in a fast-paced plumbing supply environment.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership and can step in, assess the current state, and build a strong, accountable team. This is not a sit-back management role. It requires presence, leadership, and the ability to drive results daily.

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of warehouse employees
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, and organization
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Coordinate inbound shipments, vendor deliveries, and internal logistics
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Establish structure, processes, and expectations within the warehouse
• Identify and develop team members for growth into counter or inside sales roles

• Proven experience leading warehouse operations or teams
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, building materials, or related distribution preferred
• Strong leadership presence, able to set expectations and follow through
• Ability to take initiative and improve processes without direction
• Hands-on approach, willing to be on the floor, not behind a desk
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory systems (Epicor Eclipse a plus)
