Our Dallas branch is growing, and we’re looking to add an Inside Sales Representative who wants to build a career in wholesale distribution.

 
About the Role

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn the plumbing supply business from the inside out.

You’ll work alongside experienced sales and operations professionals, learning how contractor jobs flow, how materials fit together, and how to support customers accurately and efficiently.

You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be coachable, organized, and motivated.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support customers with pricing, availability, and order entry
  • Assist in preparing quotes and processing sales orders
  • Review orders for accuracy and flag potential issues
  • Follow up on backorders and delivery timing
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and counter teams
  • Learn product lines and job flow in the plumbing supply industry
  • Use Epicor Eclipse (Solar) and other systems to manage orders and documentation

As you grow in the role, you’ll take on greater responsibility in quoting, customer management, and account support.

 

 
What We’re Looking For
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales support, warehouse, construction, or supply distribution
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction materials, or building supply is a plus — but not required
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor Eclipse) or Excel is helpful

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to build long-term skills in distribution and sales operations.
