Job Description

Winslow Ford is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is responsible for managing customer service visits from write up to delivery, maintaining clear communication throughout the repair process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and comfortable working in a fast paced service environment.

Pay

  • Up to $60,000 per year based on previous experience and qualifications.

  • Performance based bonuses available.

Job Type and Schedule

  • Full time

  • Day shift

  • Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays

Work Requirements

  • Ability to commute to Winslow, AZ required

  • In person, on site position

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and write up service repair orders accurately

  • Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs

  • Provide clear estimates and obtain customer authorization

  • Communicate repair status and updates in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed as promised

  • Review completed work with customers at vehicle delivery

  • Promote maintenance services and warranty coverage when appropriate

  • Maintain accurate customer and repair documentation

  • Support CSI performance and follow up on customer feedback

Qualifications

  • Previous service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dealership environment

  • Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems
