We are actively seeking a motivated team player to join our Part Department.

What We Need:
- Assists Service department with parts pricing and availability.
- Assists technicians to verify correct parts are needed.
- Provides part estimates to customers and service advisors.
- Provides a high level of customer service to internal and retail customers.
- Pulls parts from stock.
- Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Locates parts from outside sources when needed.
- Generates purchase orders for all outside purchases.
- Stays up to date with Ford factory training.
- Notifies the service advisor when special ordered parts have been received.
- Follows up on back-ordered parts and submits escalation to ford.
- Notifies parts manager quantity or part variances immediately.
- Assists in inventory when needed.
- Makes sure all part requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
- Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
- Issues credit for parts returned.
- Reports lost sales in DMS system.
- Keeps front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other tasks as assigned
- 1 year Ford parts experience preferred
- CDK DMS experience preferred
- Can lift up to 50lbs or more
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Team player and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
