  • Clean guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Wash walls and ceilings; move furniture and turn mattresses as needed.
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
  • Dust and polish fixtures, furniture, and metal surfaces.
  • Collect and transport soiled linens to designated laundry areas.
  • Receive and distribute clean linen supplies from laundry chutes or storage areas.
  • Maintain and organize housekeeping carts and storage areas.
  • Remove trash and debris collected by room attendants and from public spaces.
  • Conduct floor checks at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Deliver guest-requested items such as towels, cribs, cots, and amenities promptly.
  • Perform room attendant duties when necessary to support operations.
  • Assist with heavy lifting and deep cleaning projects, including seasonal/spring cleaning.
  • Clean pool areas and service areas following established procedures.
  • Follow all departmental standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Respond to guests and team members in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Report to work in proper uniform in accordance with hotel dress code policy.
  • Work independently while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members; support team goals.
  • Safely lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
