Wheelers of Wisconsin Rapids with Wheelers Family Auto Group is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!
 
The right candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling repair work and distributing to the appropriate technician, presenting recommended service work to customers, and interacting with the parts team. We promote from within and offer ample opportunity to grow with the company!

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling repair work with our customers and ensuring a positive experience for them
  • Working with the parts department and technicians to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule
  • Maintaining GM customer service standards
  • Preparing and presenting repair quotes in person, online, and on the phone 
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills are required to work with customers, employees and vendors
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of computers, scheduling and inventory management
  • Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
