As the Top Service Advisor at Whaling City Auto Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and managing all aspects of their vehicle service needs. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry located in New London, Connecticut. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and promote customer satisfaction while contributing to the success of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming environment
- Consult with customers to determine their service needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate loaner vehicles as needed
- Communicate with clients about the status of their service and any additional recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of all service transactions and completed work
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional, timely, and effective manner
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure prompt and high-quality service for customers
- Upsell services and maintenance plans to increase revenue
- Monitor inventory levels of service supplies and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology or related field is preferred
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is strongly desired
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
