Weston Volvo, one of the largest Volvo dealerships in the country, is currently looking to add 2 new Volvo sales professionals to our team.  No prior automotive sales experience is necessary. Join our comprehensive training program and start a new career.

The ideal candidate(s) must feel comfortable engaging with customers in person and via various forms of communication (email, text, phone), while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. We provide the latest technology, tools and training for our new sales specialists. Being bilingual is a plus (Spanish & English).

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide customer through the sales process
  • Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information
  • Input all customer’s information into the dealership’s database to develop a book of business
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle's features 
  • Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
  • Maintain frequent follow up with customers that have indicated purchase intent
  • Overcome customer objections with a positive and welcoming attitude
  • Attend training and product educational requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Drive to meet sales goals
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Quality customer service skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, in-person and over the phone
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be dependable and with great work ethics
  • Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
