Job Description

West End Lincoln is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Automotive Parts Department Associate to support our growing parts team. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic parts experience who enjoys a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Part-time

• Schedule: 3 weekdays + Saturdays

  • Weekday Hours: 9 am - 6pm

  • Saturdays Hours: 9 am - 2 pm

Pay

• $18 - $20 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Locate and order automotive parts accurately and efficiently

• Bill out parts for repair orders and counter sales

• Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter

• Maintain inventory organization and stock levels

• Help with restocking and light shipping/receiving as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive parts or service department preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with parts systems

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
