The ideal candidate will be:

• Neat and organized, with excellent communication skills

• A proven customer service professional who values teamwork and business growth

• Experienced in managing a larger used vehicle inventory and staying current with market trends and pricing

• Skilled in vehicle acquisition, including working the service drive, identifying wholesale opportunities, and sourcing from both live and online auctions

• Proficient with dealer management systems and inventory management tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the used vehicle department, from acquisitions to sales

• Maintain proper inventory levels and competitive pricing strategies

• Maximize gross profit while ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with other managers to support overall dealership success
