Service Advisors

We are looking for talented service advisors to join our team. We have a fun & unique system that produces extraordinary results. Do you have the horsepower to join our amazing team? Bring your CSI score & numbers to earn up to 18% of parts & labor sales as well & 10% of warranty sales. Receive $100.00-$150.00 for every complete CSI survey over 900 with no caps on the pay plan.

Requirements

• Drug Testing & Background Check Required.

• Valid Driver's License Required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to persuasively communicate with customers to set appointments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Capable of working at a high pace in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
