Public Area Attendant

Payrate: $20.00 per hour

Wentworth by the Sea is currently hiring full time Public Area attendants. Our public areas include the main lobby, lounge, corridors leading to guest rooms and elevators, etc. These are the first areas seen by our guests so it’s important they are maintained by our Public Area Attendants to ensure a positive first impression.

Public Area Attendant duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the appearance of our public areas and main lobby
• Sweeping and mopping
• Restocking housekeeping closets
• Collecting and taking out garbage
• Keeping bathrooms in pristine condition
• Wiping down windows

Requirements for successful Public Area Attendants include:

• Working independently
• Managing time efficiently
• Ability to occasionally lift/move 20 – 50 pounds
• Flexibility as far as scheduling, including working early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive Attitude
