Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa is accepting applications for a PM Banquet Captain to join our catering events team.

PM Banquet Captain responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organizing our Banquet team for events
• Supervising the team during events
• Acting as a primary contact for our guests during events
• Assisting with setting up configuration of tables, chairs, buffets, etc.
• Finalizing event revenue reports for processing

Service experience as a PM Banquet Captain preferred but not required. What is required is a strong leadership presence and the ability to delegate responsibilities and oversee their fulfillment.

This is a PM closing shift position. PM Banquet Captain candidates should have flexibility in scheduling including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
