 Job Description:

As the  Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our lawn care services meet the highest quality standards. You will monitor the application of lawn care treatments and ensure compliance with Weed Man standards and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates an environment of teamwork by having a yes attitude so the needs of our customers and each other are met.
• Oversee the application of lawn care treatments, ensuring they meet our companies’ standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections of completed services to verify accuracy and quality.
• Review and monitor customer feedback to identify potential issues with the services.
• Ensure that all lawn care products (e.g., fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides) are applied safely and in accordance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to improve service consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor technical staff in the field.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, customer complaints, and corrective actions taken.
• Monitor inventory levels of products used in services and ensure safe and proper storage.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field preferred).
• Strong knowledge in lawn care with a background in supervisory or quality control role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools, reporting software, and standard office programs (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• Experience with customer service and resolving service-related complaints.
