Customer Service & Financial Operations Manager

At Weed Man Lawn Care, our Customer Service & Financial Operations Manager plays a key role in leading our customer care team while managing essential financial and administrative functions. This position is great for someone who enjoys taking the lead, thrives on multitasking, and wants to play a key role in supporting both the team and the business. We’re not looking for someone to just follow a script- we want a proactive thinker, a self-starter, and someone who’s ready to take initiative, make informed decisions, and help shape the way we do business. What You’ll Do

 Customer Service & Team Leadership

  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Perform data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail

Financial Management:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including overseeing some collection activities.

  • Support financial reporting and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Collaborate with management to stay informed on new products, services, and policy updates.

  • Communicate key customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

 

Strategic Thinking & Ownership

  • Use independent judgment to make decisions that improve workflow and customer experience

  • Identify and implement process improvements across customer service and office functions

  • Act as a go-to resource for both internal teams and customer-facing challenges

  • Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in handling financial data

 


 

What You Bring to the Table

  • Prior experience managing or supervising a small team

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and basic financial reporting

  • Experience with Quick Books preferred (or similar accounting software)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus

 


 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year based on experience
