Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our service team. In this role, you'll act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians, ensuring an exceptional experience from drop-off to pick-up. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job Type & Schedule:

• Full-time

• Commission based

• Monday – Friday

• Rotating Saturdays based on business needs

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane

• Understand and document customer concerns accurately

• Recommend appropriate services and maintenance based on vehicle history and inspection findings

• Provide clear cost estimates and obtain customer approvals

• Communicate with service technicians regarding work orders and progress updates

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

• Ensure timely completion of services and conduct final walk-arounds with customers

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and repair orders

• Promote dealership services, specials, and loyalty programs
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a busy environment

• Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office a plus

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
