Job Title: Concierge
Position Type: Full-Time 11am-7pm
Pay Range: $21/hour-$23/hour

Position Overview
As the Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive service experience for our residents, families, and visitors. Your main responsibilities will be coordinating guest hospitality services, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining a strong relationship with staff across all departments. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, communication, and teamwork, and will be committed to exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Guest Services

Greet visitors and provide tours of the facility, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.

Welcome new admissions with a personalized greeting and welcome bag. Ensure rooms are clean and ready for the new resident’s arrival.

Coordinate service-related activities to achieve customer satisfaction goals and minimize complaints.

Conduct rounds throughout the facility to engage with residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with care services.

Follow up with department directors on any concerns raised by residents, families, or visitors, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
Surveys & Feedback

Administer both 'Entry Surveys' and 'Exit Surveys' to residents to gather feedback and improve service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with all staff.

Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional attitude with a willingness to accept new challenges.
Work Schedule

Core Schedule: Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Weekend Requirement: Must work one weekend per month.
