In this role you will be responsible for the day to day execution of all aspects of labor utilization in collaboration will all of our communities throughout the country. You will be in the unique position to partner with the leaders throughout Watermark including operations, finance. recruting and HR to ensure the effective and labor efficient delivery is provided our residents. The right person for us will have the ability and background to be an integral part of the operations team. One of the most important skill sets to be the right candidate for this role is ensuring standards of overtime usage are not exceeded and to work with the communities and the resources to manage contract labor through efficient and effective scheduling. This position serves as the community’s primary resource for managing labor control and expense to assure that our residents have the best people caring for them at all times. This versatile role will also support additional operational functions as needed.
Job Requirements:

Working knowledge and experience in understanding how a senior housing community functions and operates from a scheduling and labor management perspective.

Working knowledge of general accounting, billing and collections and expense management practices.

Able to perform budget analysis and variance reporting.

Computer literacy in MS Office required.
Proven history of coaching or influencing people

Problem solving experience.

Willing to travel.

Strong decision-making, analytical, problem solving, and conceptual thinking skills.

Prior regional, multi-site, multi-state experience preferred.

Familiarity with all employment laws and regulations

Ability to work as part of a team.
